Payment

Payments are made via Paypal using all major credit and debit cards. If you would prefer to pay Morven by cheque or bank transfer simply email morvendalton@hotmail.com to place your order.

 

Packaging

All jewellery will arrive packaged in a beautiful gift box with organza ribbon.  A message can be handwritten on a cream luggage style tag and attached to your gift for no extra charge.   Just drop me an e-mail with your message.

 

Dispatch times

If the item you have ordered is in stock, you should receive it within 7 working days for UK orders and most international orders, depending on the country. However, if the item is not in stock, Morven will contact you with an estimated delivery date that will allow for manufacture, hallmarking(if required) and delivery. 

 

Postage - UK Orders

All orders over £50 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Your parcel will arrive next day, however a signature is required.

Orders under £50 are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For, therefore a signature is required on delivery.  £4.50 is charged for both services

 

EU and International Orders

All orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £10  additional cost. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Morven Dalton Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges, duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your delivery has been delayed then please contact me as Royal Mail provide a tracking number which can be used to locate any missing items.

 

Commissioned pieces

All custom orders require a 50% deposit for the initiation of the job and the remaining 50% before shipping the final piece. Cancellation of a custom piece can only be made if the piece has not begun construction. If it has been started, the cancellation charge will be the 50% deposit. If you need to amend your custom order we reserve the right to charge you additional costs incurred by us.

 

Sales and Refunds

Each product is handmade and therefore unique and variations will occur. Colours may vary and sizes are accurate within reason. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,  I am happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively we will refund the sale if it is returned to us in saleable condition within 7 working days of you receiving the order.   Please note, earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

 

Cancellation Policy

All Morven Dalton jewellery is made to order, so if a cancellation is necessary please contact Morven as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing an order. If the cancellation is received after your item has been dispatched, I'm afraid it will have to be returned at your own expense.

 

Delivery

Once you have ordered and paid you will receive an email from Morven confirming all necessary details and arranging shipping. You may wish to change your delivery address so that someone will be able to 'sign for' the parcel.

 

 

MY STORY

I graduated from Holts Academy in London's Hatton Garden in September 2014 and have recently turned my jewellery making passion into a business.  I design and make all my jewellery in my studio at home in Cambridge.
